Size Guide

How to choose your size

All Garment Works shirts, overshirts, tops and jackets come in S, M and L (the Sycamore Indigo Denim Jacket also comes in XL). Our sizes follow standard UK men's sizing, so the quickest way to find your size is to measure your chest and compare it with the chart below.

These are body measurements – measure yourself, not the garment. Choose the size that matches your chest measurement. *XL is available in the Sycamore Indigo Denim Jacket only. 1 inch = 2.54 cm.

How to measure yourself

Use a soft tape measure and wear a thin T-shirt. Keep the tape level and snug, but not tight.

  • Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, under your arms and across your shoulder blades.
  • Neck: Measure around the base of your neck, where a shirt collar sits. Leave room for one finger under the tape.
  • Waist: Measure around your natural waistline, just above your belly button.

Tips

  • Use your chest measurement first. It is the most important measurement for shirts, overshirts and jackets.
  • Between sizes? Choose the larger size for a roomier fit, or if you plan to layer a henley or tee underneath an overshirt or jacket.
  • Compare with a shirt you own. If a size S, M or L from another UK brand fits you well, start with the same size here.
